What information is collected

The portal collects the information you choose to provide about your workplace concern. Named and confidential reports may also include your contact details. Anonymous reports do not ask for your name, phone number or email address.

How your information is used

Authorised TUC Ghana staff use complaint information to review, assign and manage your case. A complaint is not automatically sent to your employer, a union or another organisation.

Keeping access private

You need both your case reference and private access code to open your tracking page. Staff access is restricted by role and case assignment. Evidence files are kept private and scanned before they can be opened.
